using .gif with transparent backgound

Hi;

Is there any way to eliminate the white outline that surrounds images with
transparent backgrounds ? I've tried expanding the path around the subject
to tighten it up, but there's still a white outline.

Thanks;
Pat

Use PNG format instead. It is a better file format than GIF, and alpha
channel is embedded and works like a charm in PPT
