using forms

I have forms created in OmniForms and would like to insert them into my web
page. I've tried saving them as Word doc, Adobe and Html but none of them
work on the web page. Any suggestions?

Thanks. I checked out the site and unless I'm missing something, it does not
tell me how to insert forms into the web page. I have been using OmniForms
for several years but this is the first attempt to put it on the web. Any
other help is appreciated.

If you can save the file as HTML you can import it into your web. Otherwise
you may need to start from scratch in FrontPage and create the forms.
