using favorites from a network drive

Hi,
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to move the internet
explorer favorites to a network drive, and to be able to
acess the favourites from there.

Yes.

You can change the value of Favorites in the Registry in these
two keys:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders
