using endnote

sudendly my references does not come in the format asked and are in a
ADDIN:CITE.... with all types of detatails about reference or citation.
Apparently is not an endnote problem, is a word problem but I can not correct
it , hope someone
can help

I gather that "endnote" in the context in which you use it in your message
is so "add on program" and that you are not meaning "endnote" as in
Insert>Reference>Footnote which takes you to the Footnote and Endnote dialog
in Word in which you can then select to insert Endnotes either at the end of
the Section or at the end of the Document.

If that is the case, it is some problem with the functioning of the "endnote
add on program" and you should communicate with the supplier.
