Using Data Access Pages wizard closes Access program

Everytime I try to create a Data Access Page using the wizard, as soon as I
click Finish, it closes Access and does not create a DAP.

Which Jetpack are you running - if it's not at least 4.0 (which runs the
wizards) you will get errors.

It may not be this but it's a good place to start.
