I'm using Win XP Home. When I had Win 98, I was able to
copy something from an email or web page onto the
clipboard, *then* open up Word and paste it into the new
document. Now, in Win XP, when I copy to the clipboard,
it won't remember it unless Word is opened *before* I
click "copy".....the paste function is not available when
Word is opened *after* the copy is made. I have to open
Word *first*, then do the copy, and then paste it. It was
much quicker to copy first, then open Word, then paste.
Can I get the XP clipboard to do this? Thanks!
