Using category groups in access 2007 causing queries to throw error#3125

I am using access 2007 and have a huge database will lots of queries.
I tried to use the new feature in 2007 that allows you to group
database objects in categories. After doing this when i try to open
the queries in design view to make changes, I get this error: " is not
a valid name, Make sure that it does not include invalid characters or
punctuation and that it is not too long. -- error 3125. The queries
run fine in datasheet view. I've even tried taking the category
grouping off but still have the same error. Any ideas?

It's not one particular query, it's a handful that i tried to put in a
category. I forgot to mention earlier, the database was orginally
written in 2003 and I am trying to do some modifications in 2007.
Everything runs fine in 2003, just having some issues in 2007.
