Using categories to create a distribution list

Hello,

Using Outlook 2000. I just added a bunch of contacts, and put them all in
one category. Is there an easy way to add all the items in a category to a
distribution list?

No need. Group by Category, select the category, then click Actions>New
Message to Contact.
