using BCM

Hi All,

I can see BCM in add/remove programs but when I open MS Outlook from my
desktop "Help" and "Tools" don't show BCM. How do I access it?

BCM's first use wizard should run whenever Outlook opens a Mail profile
for the first time.

You could experiment by creating a new profile.

If it still doesn't come up, the BCM add-in may have been disabled.
