Hello. Im using Outllook 2002. I have set up the AutoReply to send
automatically send a messege back saying im out of the office. This works
fine internally as we use the exchange server. Im wondering what happens
about my other accounts i have in outlook (my pop3 accounts). Will outlook
automatically reply to all of these emails too (if left open and running?).

Thanks in advance

Are you using the Out of Office Assistant for this or just a rule in the
Rules Wizard? If all your mail, including the POP mail, is going through
the Exchange server, internet recipients probably won't get the autoreply,
since automatic replies to the internet are disabled by default in Exchange
5.5 and later. However, the Exchange admin may have changed this setting,
so check to make sure. If the POP mail isn't going through Exchange and you
are using a simple rule for the autoreply, then those recipients probably
WOULD get the reply. (I'm not positive on this, but I don't see why the
rule wouldn't work for everyone in this case, as long as Outlook is left
running.)
