Using an XPPro machine to connect to a VPN

I have an XPPro workstation that connects to the company intranet via a VPN.

Is it possible to allow others to connect to this intranet using my XP
machine as the portal?

If so where do I look for instructions.

I am presently using 2 NICs, one for a LAN and the second for the intranet.

I'd check this with your IT staff at work before I try it. Seriously.
Where I work, doing what you propose to do would be an instant firing
offense.

In addition to what richard says and if I understand correctly, this would
means somehow that your XP would work as a VPN server. And XP pro allows only
on client.
