Using Access on the Web

Hello all,
We are currently using Access and want to move to more web based
applications. Can anyone share with me if and how Access can be used when in
web based applications? What are the best and most common practices? What
kind of configuration is best? I know this is at 50,000 feet but right now I
just need some direction based on real life solutions. Thanks very much,

It's not the database of choice, due to security alone. Only the DAP object
can be exposed on the Web.

SQL Server / .NET is better.
