You can no more use word to create a database then you can use ms-access for
the web. It just simply the wrong tool.....

If you REALLY do need a web based system, you not be using ms-access, but
will have to adopt some web development tools.

you can however *deploy* your application to users over the internet and
they will be able to use the application from anywhere with a internet
connection. I talk about his here:

Did you read the article? It simply suggested you could use terminal
services if you don't wan to re-write the application...

Another suggestion was to move the back end data to sql server, and then
install the front end on the computer...it can work OVER the internet quite
well.
