Users on XP

My computer, along with every other computer I've checked so far, has two
extra user accounts in addition to the Administrator, Guest, and my account.
One is called "HelpAssistant," and the other is "Support_" followed by a
series of numbers. What are these? Just curious.

HelpAssistant is created automatically the first time the Remote Assistance
feature runs.
(Assuming you have gotten Remote Assistance from someone..)

I believe the "Support_#####" user is created in a similar fashion.
