users login very slow

Hello every1,

I have a OU in my Domain that all the users that belong to it some times
when they login to the network take until 15 minutes, why could this happen
only to them?

I have a Windows 2000 based network, 2 DCs (both of them in the same network
segment), DNS and WINS enabled, DHCP.

Is there a DNS server in the segment with the slow logon problems? Are
clients in that network segment configured to use only it for name
resolution?
 
Yup, the DNS it's in the same network segment, we are working as well with
DNS with WINS for name resolution.
