Users immediatly logoff after login

I have this problem on laptop SONY-VAIO:

When all user or administration try to login they are logged out immediatly the session starts and ends without start the shell.

If I connect into computer as amminastrator by lan: Example: \\vaio\c$ don't have problem, but is impossible conntect as local user.

When I tryed to edit the register by remote to configure the auto logon the computer go in a infinite loop logon/logout...

Any idea?
