users have access 2000 database on server with 2002

I was requested to fix some items in an access database, and all was going fairly well. they didn't tell me about the server having access 2002 with the users all haveing access 2000 on desktops. I didn't even have a problem till today, but I am not sure what to look for, when seeking compatability issues.
Thanks for any infor or advise on how to proceed with troubleshooting, with the user changing the system desktops not an option right now.
