Users control panel error

I've got an Embedded XP image.

I've included the Users control panel componenet so that i cna add and
remove users on the fly.

However when i open the Users control panel i get an error

"Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment"

I've obviously got something missing from my build (all dependencies check
mout OK) but what is it?

Any help would be appreciated.
