Users and E-mail

I have one family e-mail account, and I was wondering if it is possible to
set Vista so that different users can access the same account. Right now I
have Outlook working in my "Administrator Account" but when I login into my
kids account and try and launch Outlook, it wants to re-create the access as
if it was a new account. Can this one e-mail account be shared by multiple
users?

You can set up the same email account in Outlook (Tools > Accounts) for
whatever users you would like, but it's not a very good idea, since
downloaded mails would then be scattered all over the various users'
folders. I don't think you really want to give your kids full access to your
email either.

I would recommend you use a web interface to your mail, if possible, when
you need to access your mail using different Windows accounts. Check your
mail provider's web site. I would also recommend you give the kids their own
email addresses. As long as you can log into their accounts, supervision
isn't a problem.

Yes, if this is what you really want to do. Create the same email
account in each user's Outlook and set it to leave the messages on the
server. Set deletion of the messages from the server as desired. Look in
Outlook's Help for "leave messages on server" for how to do this.
