Is their any tool or script I could write that would output the Users and
their asociated computer accounts? I run an entirely 2000 domain with only
2000 clients.

Install the Support tools from the W2k Server CD-ROM on your workstation. You will probably need them in the future.

Unless you have only allowed logon to a specific computer, the associated computer is undefined.
If you mean the computer they are logged onto, OK.
