User's administrative rights

a few, when I remove their administrative rights, and make
them limited users, Outlook no longer works.

No, not dual-boot. XP operating system, with Microsoft
Outlook 98 email program.

When you say "Outlook no longer works" what exactly happens? Any error
message? How was Office installed? (ie as Administrator?)
