I'm sorry to post this message here, but here people are more active to
respond to my question..
Are any clipart files protected for use in folders and advertisingdepliants
and stuff,
can you use them for example for a mailing from a shop or in the logo of
some organization, without being sued for using them?

The short answer is NO.
Everything you see on your screen or in print (as well as a lot of other
formats) is copyrighted according to US law.
If you want to use clipart files you must ask permission of the copyright
owner.
However, you can use clipart files (or anything else) under the "fair use"
clause of the copyright law without asking permission.
