Authorsrights, Usersrights on Clipart

I'm sorry to post this message here, but here people are more active to
respond to my question..
Are any clipart files protected for use in folders and advertisingdepliants
and stuff,
can you use them for example for a mailing from a shop or in the logo of
some organization, without being sued for using them?

You would have to review the author's legal statement for each clipart source.

Here's a link to Microsoft's EULA for use of their online clipart:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tou.aspx

Note that in this case, you must be a licensed owner of one of their products
that contains MS Clip Gallery or Clip Organizer to even download them. The EULA
goes into further detail regarding their use.
