UserProfile ???

Recently when attempting to upgrade to the current MS Messinger I keep
getting the following error and am unable to figure out how to fix the
problem.

%UserProfile%\StartMenu\Programs\Startup

Could not access network location

%UserProfile%\StartMenu\Programs\Startup

%UserProfile% is a variable, usually
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here

So
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\StartMenu\Programs\Startup
