username/password

for some reason, win2000 is prompting me for a username
and password when i open windows. i don't have a clue
what they should be and i can't start windows to undo any
changes i had previousley made, until i enter the correct
username and password. what do i do!?

Are you asking us how to launch Windows without having
to enter a user name & password each time?

One time I checked an item in tweakui that did something like "log off
user at shutdown", when I rebooted, I had to log back in each time.
Unchecking the tweakui item solved the problem.

Other things could easily be involved though.
