USERNAME & Password required

i have been trying to use my outlook and They keep asking for a username and
password. So want can i do
 
I solved the frustration by signing up for Windows Live Mail and designating
it as my default. Actually, I much prefer it to WindowsMail!
 
If you get an error message, right-click on the error message, copy,
then paste it into a reply here.

Otherwise, give me the name of the incoming (POP3) mail server you have
entered into the Windows Mail setup. If the problem is that you don't know your
mail server names, give me the part of your email address after the @ symbol.
 
"Outlook"? We don't do Outlook here. The Outlook experts hang out at
microsoft.public.outlook.general .
