username/password facility on excel

I am currently doing a project on Excel and i was wondering if it wa
possible to create a username and password facility using text boxes
combo boxes etc. Is this possible, and if so how

But keep in mind that Excel's protection features are quite weak. I'd
suggest using network / OSS access functionality to restrict the access
to a file / directory. All VBA solution can easily be overcome
