username and password not recognised

Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

Although I am putting in the correct u/name and p/word this message
continues to come up although it is allowing me to send emails but not
receive them. This has happened since moving house and ntl (virgin)
reconnecting my computer

Have you asked NTL (Virgin)? It looks like the server is of
the opinion that you don't have a paid account with them.

Manage to speak to someone at ntl and they are on the case and accepting (at
the moment) that it is their problem. On our way to solving it hopefully.
