Username always dropped

The username always dropped in the local machine. This is
the error message when the username dropped, "the username
can not connect interactively", something like that. It's
not the exact message but almost.
When the username dropped, I have to add the username
under "Users" in Control Panel. I always suggest to the
user, try to stay logged in for a long time so that the
domain controller can recognize them.
But I think this is not the solution.
