userinit.exe..........

When I'm trying to load my personal settings I got a window error saying "
userinit.exe application failed to initialize" and then the system got
frozen. Any input how can I solve this problem.....

It's not clear from your description what is actually happening. You
should repost with more specifics. In the meantime, and this is a wild
guess, have you removed some spyware recently. If so see if this helps:
