Delete All User Accounts

How can I delete ALL user accounts and get back to the normal startup screen
for Win XP Home? When I started the computer today, I got an error that
USERINIT.EXE would not load "The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application"

I checked the web and found several suggestions about wsupdater, but there
is no wsupdater.exe entry in the registry.

Any idea?
 
Hi,

Deleting user accounts won't help, so don't bother. When does this error
occur? At boot or at logon?
