FF 2x and SeaMonkey's latest, immediately fill in USERID:***** when
a page requiring them is accessed. FF 3x does not.

Has it been established that the failure of FF 3x to do this is an
intentional security measure?

Is there a tweak or setting that will cause 3x to behave as FF has in
the past?
