We are trying to diagnose slow logons on a w2k domain with XPSP2 clients
using roaming profiles. Our userenv logging reports a hang/delay on the
following.
'Failed to impersonate user with 5.
GetUserNameAndDomain Failed to impersonate user
Failed to impersonate user with 5.
GetUserDNSDomainName: Failed to impersonate user'
Any idea what this failed to impersonate means?
On researching this we can see that the question has been asked umpteen
times across the web but no-one seems to know the answer.
