Does anyone have an idea as to what this error refers to?

user with 5.
USERENV(ec0.ec4) 16:26:47:887 GetUserDNSDomainName: Failed to
impersonate user


I get these in GPManagement at same time also


Overlapped I/O operation is in progress

The userenv errors can be safely ignored. You will see this on healthy
systems as well. The other error is actually a problem and I find is usually
when you have credentials stored on the machine for a remote server.
Check credential manager and clear out any cached creds.
To access cred manager: Start --> Run --> control keymgr.dll
