Windows XP XP slow login - computer settings

We have three sites on our domain that are having slow logons, intermittently.
The below log seems to pin point DNS servers. I have checked and all the computers have the correct DNS servers via DHCP. The DNS servers also does point to themselves. Does anyone have an idea what could cause this. It does not seem to be GPO related but that was my original thought.
