HI,
A windowsxp Pc which configured to use POP3 mail access. Keeping on
prompting for username and password. Even supplying correct username and
password also it's keeping on prompting.

Yeah, there are many more possibilities and solutions all depending on the
configuration of the user. Unfortunately, not enough details were specified
to provide a more specific answer.

But thanks for dropping in an posting your solution :-)

HI Roady & kenneth,

Roady you had disclosed that no enough details on my mails ,
What all the details you required.

Here user's not facilitated with mobile mail access. A public is used for
POP3 & SMTP. POP3 & SMTP configured on a same IP. My outgoing server requires
authentication is enabled under more settings. Incoming mails server enable
SSL & outgoing uses the default port settings.

Version of Outlook and Windows would be good to know in this case.
Also, if you are using a single mail account or multiple and if multiple;
are they using the same POP3 server settings?
What were the results from the suggestions posted in the link I gave you?

Virus scanners can also cause this behavior;
