UserControl

I am unable to find a way of 'Visually' add user controls present in a
project to a form or another user control present in the same project. Does
VS.Net allow this and if so how please ?

Thanks for replying but I can't find any 'User Control' option either in the
Tool Box or the Tools Menu.

AFAIK in VS.NET 2003 only.
