User would like to print an Email that she is about to send before

Hello

I have a user who has been setup on a new PC. She said that previous to this
she was able to print off an email before she sent it out.

The problem that she has come to me with is that she said that when doing
this from her old system the print out would have the Email Headers included
from the unsent Email.

Now when she goes to print an email before sending she can only see the
message body and not the headers along with the body.

She has XP pro using Office 2003 in a Exchange 2003 environment. This setup
is the same as it was previous to the new PC.

Any help greatly accepted.

The user apparently has Word set as the email editor. THere are two solutions:

1) Wait and print the mail after it arrives in the Sent Items folder.

2) Save the message to the Drafts folder. Turn off Word as the email editor. Print the message. Turn WordMail back on.
