Using an Install Shield installer, I installed a FoxPro app. It runs fine.

But if I later log in to Windows as a Limited user, the FoxPro application
can no longer write to its own preferences files. That happens regardless
whether the preferences are stored in Program Files\<application>\ or in
Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\<application>.

Anyone have suggestions?

The mysterious unnamed FoxPro application is badly written. It was not
written to run on a true multi-user operating system with permissions.
How to fix it depends on whether you have XP Home or Pro, but the first
thing I'd do is check with the software mftr. and see if they have a
patch or upgrade for their older pgoram.
