User State Migration Tool (USMT) & WinPE

Does anyone know a way to run USMT from WinPE for user migration from Windows
2000 to Windows XP. I know how to get USMT to work by running it from WIN2K
and migrating all profiles to a specific location. I need to know if it's
possible to run USMT from within WinPE and capturing all profiles from the
host OS.
