User Rights....

Is there any way to restrict a user from installing applications other
than taking them out of the Local Administators group. Would making them a
Power User allow them to do pretty much what they want without the rights to
install applicaitons.
Any assistance is greatly apreciated. Thanks.

Adding them to the power users group might accomplish what you are
trying to do, but some applications may not function properly. Your
best bet is probably to create a test user and see if it does what you
need it to.
