Problem adding Local printer under win xp

I hope this is the right place to make this question: The o.s. is win xp
under a domain, the users are "User Restricted", The users use notebook also
at their own home and they want to be able to install their own local usb
printer; so they can't install the printer 'cause windows requires
Administrative privileges. Is there a system to give them the right
privileges to install the local printer without passing the "Users" to "Power
User group". In the specific the local printer is HP g55 multifunctional.
