User rights with active directory and roaming profiles

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew where to go to help with
this problem.

Firstly, when setting up computers for small businesses
we have been giving the users admin on there local
machine and then whatever access to the domain that they
need. What I was wondering is when using roaming profiles
we have found that for each user to login to a
workstation we have had to make a user for them on the
actual workstation. Give them local admin rights or
whatever.

Is there a way we can just click on the computer in
active directory and assign all the users to it and give
them local access rights instead of having to manually
add users?

Regards

There's no reason to have local workstation accounts, and unless you're
running software that absolutely positively requires local admin rights, no
need to grant those either.

Roaming profiles don't work with local accounts, anyway - only domain ones.
