user propertires

I am unable to view/change user properties. I receive
the message that the 'Server service is not started' when
I try to click on the Member of tab. Has anyone
experienced this error? Any suggestions?

Hi

Start > Run... > Services.msc

Find Server in the list. Double click on it. Set the startup type to
Automatic and click Apply. Click Start. Click OK.
