User Profile

I would like to partition my 80GB drive into 20GB & 60GB. I was
planning on using the 20GB as the OS and the 60GB for data. I know I
can move "My Documents" to the 60GB easily enough but there is other
data stored in Application Data, etc. that I would like to keep on the
60GB as well. Can I somehow move the entire User Profile to the 60GB
drive? My thinking was that I could then format the system drive to my
hearts content and still retain all of my data. Once I reformat, is
there a way to connect back to my existing profile on the 60GB partition?

Handy link but is there a similar explanation for an older setup where
some workstations are W2k and the server is an older W98se with the last
update installed. It is running a raid 5 system with some common apps
as well as data on the server in various partitions & folders.
