Dual Boot - Remove Me without Reinstall XP

I currently have a dual boot system (separate drives) - Me on drive C: (FAT32
20GB) and XP on drive D: (NTFS 60GB).

Is it possible to reconfigure to the following without reinstalling XP?

Remove the FAT32 20GB drive
Redesignate XP as drive C: (NTFS 60GB)

In the XP Computer Management console the drives are designated as follows:
Layout - Partition (Both Drives)
Type - Basic (Both drives)
File System - C: = FAT32, D: = NTFS
Status - C: = Healthy (System), D: = Healthy (Boot)

no
there would be a trillion configurations files and registry entries
referring to the different drive letter
would need to reinstall if you really want to have xp on c

you wouldn't be able to delete the fat32 partition anyway because it is the
system partition
