User Profile - reg name

Hi, I'm giving my computer to someone and want to remove my name.
Although I can change the user profiles no trouble, my name keeps appearing,
and I see when I go and look in the control panel it has the registration to
me. Can I change this, or would you have to go through microsoft somehow.
My name heads the first My document folder and it says I can't rename it,
all the rest I can
Help appreciated

For the user's folders, you can't rename them because they're system folders. All you can do is create a new user profile, and if desired, copy the old user account information to the new account.

If you go to the section indicated, there is a link for a download that will allow you quickly and easily change the registered owner/organization. Nothing complicated about it at all.

Download the ZIP file and extract the EXE inside. Run it and enter the information you want.
