two same name profile in User profile dialog box on my mce laptop???

I have two Administor accounts on my toshiba M115 laptop , but when i
was checking USER PROFILE dialog box i saw four profiles names with
same size, type , two for each account?? plus one more administrator
account which i understand but why multiple profile names for my user
accounts???, also when i'd checked under document& settings only two
profiles there????.. please help.

Two profiles for the accounts you made...
One profile for the built-in administrator....
I don't know about the 4th profile

That is the built-in administrator for troubleshooting purpose. Don't mess
with that.

There are hidden accounts in XP. To see all profile folders in explorer:
.... Control Panel > Folder Options
.... View tab
.... Uncheck "Hide protected system files(Recommended)"

Hi,

At some point your user profiles were corrupted, new ones were created (the
ones that are likely appended with a dot-suffix) to compensate for them.
Either that or you did an "over the top" reinstallation (not the same as a
repair installation) and created new profiles with the same name.
