User Profile Options

I am stuck in a limited user account & have no options to change account to
other users. The only tasks to choose from are: create a password, change my
picture, & change my .NET passport. Is there a way to set my user account
options back to normal with Guest, (Change)/ New User or Administrator
options?

Try rebooting to Safe Mode via F8. In some installations
this enables a new Administrator account with no password.
If you can log on thus you can then reconfigure other Users.
 
you might try to
perform the action
logged in as admin
via safe mode.

hold down the f8
key after rebooting
to pull up the boot
menu.
