User Profile Management

I have a 5 computer peer-to-peer LAN, where all computers are equal. How can I configure the personal folders and the profiles in one computer, so that when a user logs on, it loads his configuration and data from his folder on the other main computer??? It will work if I have multiple Operating Systems (2k, Me)??

Please help me on this.
